How to Start a Return

Simply email us at and let us know you would like to return an item. To make things easier and expedited, please include your order number in the subject line.

We will process your return within 24hrs of receiving it.

We will refund you the way that you paid and email you once complete.

Reasons for Returns

Misprinted/damaged/defective items - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
The shipping cost incurred for returning the item for an exchange or refund are not covered by us unless it is an issue on our part.

Please note we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned.

It would be best to use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or wrong sizes so please choose your size and order carefully.
