- 1 can of chickpeas (450g)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp matcha
- Dash of salt
- 1/2-3/4 cup coconut flour (swap for oat flour)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- Blend all ingredients except from flour and cacao nibs in your blender/food processor.
- Pour in a mixing bowl and fold in flour and cacao nibs.
- Roll into balls and you’re ready to go
